Tackling Machines

A massive congratulations to the Victory Tackles 7s team that won the Nelson social grade tournament yesterday at Green Medows.  All of the boys played positively and represented their school with pride and confidence.  Matua Regan, Whaea Kelly, Matua Trent and Matua Hui were all super impressed by the skills of the boys both on the field and off.  They all tackled hard, ran with confidence and passed the ball to put others into space.  The team was led by their captain Morpheus, who never backed away from a challenge and showed tremendous pride in leading his team.  He was well supported by the teams playmaker Kereopa, who ran strong and worked backline moves to slice through oppositions defences.
